High Torque Cobot Tightening
High torque Cobot tightening up to 140 N･m! (103 ft. lbs).
This solution is possible thanks to the combination of the UR Cobot with ESTIC's patented pulse technology, which significantly reduces torque reaction.
This solution allows users to automate the tightening process while utilizing many features of the ESTIC nutrunner, such as cross thread detection, torque traceability, etc. The system is also compatible with a bolt feeder.

ESTIC's URCap application for managing UR robots allows intuitive programming of the robot for joint tightening.
